Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the sense of § 13 BGB (German Civil Code), i.e., you conclude a legal transaction that cannot be attributed to your commercial or independent professional activity, you have the following right of withdrawal:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a person designated by you (who is not the carrier) has taken possession of the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us). The reimbursement will be made no later than 14 days after receipt of your declaration of withdrawal. For this repayment, we use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.

Return of goods
You must return or hand over the goods immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to the following address:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

Costs of return
Within Germany, we bear the costs of return if you request a return form via Miss-Goodlife.com/apps/returns.

In all other cases and for returns from abroad, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Returns by cash on delivery will not be accepted.

Loss in value of the goods
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for checking the quality, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
