Participation in the competition is free and is exclusively governed by these terms and conditions of participation.
Competition Procedure:
2 natural persons like the post published on Instagram from August 1, 2026, on the Instagram channels @gittabanko and @missgoodlife_fashion, which they also follow. The post introduces a look from the Miss Goodlife Fashion label on both channels. The post must be commented on. 2 people will randomly win the crossover bag with item no. MG13142.

Prerequisites for participation:
2 natural persons like the post published on Instagram from August 1, 2026, on the Instagram channels @gittabanko and @missgoodlife_fashion, which they also follow. The post must be commented on.

The draw will be conducted by a random process. The duration of the sweepstakes/random draws extends from August 1 to August 2, 2026. Within this period, natural persons will have the opportunity to participate in the competition.
Participation:
Participation is only possible within the participation period.
Participation in sweepstakes is free.

Eligible Participants:
Eligible participants are natural persons who reside in Germany and have completed their 14th year of life.
Should a participant have limited legal capacity, the consent of their legal representative is required.
All persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition and employees of the operator, as well as their family members, are not eligible to participate in the competition. Furthermore, the operator reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at their own discretion if there are legitimate reasons, for example,
(a) in the event of manipulation in connection with access to or the conduct of the competition, (b) in the event of violations of these terms and conditions of participation, (c) in the event of unfair conduct, or (d) in the event of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition.

Notification and Delivery of the Prize
The following prizes will be awarded:
2 people will randomly win the Crossover Bag with item no. MG13142. The prize will only be handed over to the winners or to the legal representative of the minor winner. An exchange, self-collection, or cash payment of the prize is not possible.

The operator covers any costs incurred for shipping the prizes. Additional costs associated with claiming the prize are borne by the winner. The winner is solely responsible for any taxation of the prize.
Termination of the sweepstakes:
The organizer expressly reserves the right to terminate a sweepstake without prior notice and without stating reasons. This applies in particular to any reasons that would disrupt or prevent the planned course of the sweepstake.

Data Protection:
To participate in sweepstakes, personal data must be provided. The participant assures that the personal information provided, in particular first name, last name, and email address, is truthful and correct.
All personal data of the participants will not be passed on to third parties or made available to them for use without consent. Furthermore, all personal data will be deleted as soon as the sweepstakes are over.
