The Participation in the competition is free of charge and is governed exclusively by these terms and conditions.
How the competition works:

Prerequisites for participation:

The draw will be conducted using a random procedure. The duration of the competitions/random draws extends over the 06.06. to 07.06.2026. Within this period, natural persons have the opportunity to participate in the competition.

Teilnahme:
Participation is only possible within the participation period.
Participation in prize draws is free.

Eligible participants:
Eligible to participate are natural persons who are resident in Germany and are at least 14 years old.
Should a participant be restricted in his business ability, it requires the consent of his legal representative.
Not eligible to participate in the competition are all persons and employees of the operator involved in the conception and implementation of the raffle and their family members. In addition, the operator reserves the right, at its discretion, to exclude persons from participation if justified reasons exist, for example
(a) in the case of manipulation in connection with access to or the performance of the Sweepstakes, (b) in the event of a breach of these Terms of Participation, (c) in the event of unfairness or (d) in the case of false or misleading claims in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes.

Notification and transmission of the prize
The following prizes are awarded:
a shopping voucher worth €200 for the store www.miss-goodlife.com
3 x each a quilted bag in orange from the store www.miss-goodlife.com

The prize will be awarded exclusively to the winners or the legal guardian of the minor winner. Exchange, self-collection, and cash payment of the prize are not possible.
Any costs incurred for the delivery of the profits shall be borne by the operator. Any additional costs associated with making use of the prize shall be borne by the winner. For a possible taxation of the profit the winner is responsible.

End of the prize draws:
The organizer expressly reserves the right to terminate a competition without prior notice and without stating reasons. This applies in particular to any reasons that would disrupt or prevent the competition from running as planned.

Privacy Policy:
Participation in prize draws requires the provision of personal data. The participant confirms that the personal information provided, in particular first name, last name and email address, is truthful and correct.
